JOB SUMMARY
• It is for a Corporate Finance Research Analyst role (L10-L11 G&S Broadband).
• The candidate should In-depth financial analysis and corporate finance skills and the ability to learn and apply Accenture-specific financial analysis methods to various industries.
• Analytical ability: we want researchers who can draw out the implications of the research they do and tell a compelling, business-focused story about the data that is relevant to Accenture’s business and clients. We are looking for insight, not just information. Good balance between analytical rigor and intellectual curiosity. Track record in interpreting data creatively
• This role is in our Bangalore-based Accenture Research India team, which is a team of 60+ researchers covering all our industries and business lines globally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Carry out research as part of a team, typically working alongside one of our specialists / associate manager / managers.
• Possess deep research and financial analysis expertise, shaping research, analysis and insights that enable Accenture and our clients to generate global impact through identification, development and implementation of proprietary and innovative ideas.
• Continuously build your subject matter expertise
• Be an effective business operator, working to deadlines, delivering to a consistently high quality, proactively anticipating bottle-necks and barriers to success and escalating issues to team leads promptly.
• Analysts will be expected to recover the cost of their time on projects by charging for their time and by meeting their recoverability targets (typically around 80 per cent)
• Grow the knowledge and skills of others in the team as part of your day to day project work and through your support of our Academy classes and colleges
• Contribute to the success of our team in every way, collaborating with colleagues around the world, being an active part of our local communities, having a sharing mind-set and being a positive influence on the team through every interaction.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• A bachelor’s degree from a good college/university.
• A Chartered Account OR a full-time post-graduate degree in business administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance (mandatory)
• Need to be fluent in business English (spoken and written)
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• A full-time post-graduate degree/qualification MBA/PGDM is a must.
• 1 to 3 years of financial analysis research experience, preferably in a consulting/KPO environment, equity brokerage, third party research organization
• Understanding of corporate finance metrics, global markets, business and economics issues at large.
• Work experience collaborating in a team of research professionals.
• Understanding of business and economics issues at large;
• Working with senior executive customers, who are the high end users of the research output.
• Experience of writing reports, and presentation slides for delivery to internal and external audience
• Experience with alternative modes of research delivery/data visualization tools also a plus (e.g., Tableau etc.)



• A bachelor’s degree/MBA
