Key responsibilities of the role:

Would be responsible for analyzing customer requests for cloud contact centers, provide solution recommendation and work with the cloud contact center vendors and Accenture teams to respond to RFI’s and RFP’s

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in delivering and managing projects related to implementation of multichannel contact center applications such as IVR, Call Routing Outbound dialers, CRM and WFO systems
• Product experience on Cloud / On-Premise Contact Center companies (inContact, Five9, Interactive Intelligence, Genesys, Avaya, Cisco) is must and experience with WFO (Nice, Verint, Calabrio).
• Professional services or engineering background with CRM and/or Contact Center solutions
• Experience working with large team in different geographies on agile projects
• Proactively identifying customer needs through a technical benefits assessment, carefully building the business value of the solution, in order to assist with overcoming potential objections to proposed technical solutions.
• Assisting in the preparation and response to customer RFP requests, carefully qualifying the prospective deal for technical feasibility
• Familiarity and/or experience with public cloud infrastructures and technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Engine or Microsoft Azure will be a plus
Knowledge of cloud economics which includes pricing strategy of different cloud contact center vendors and providing detailed TCO
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience MBA is good to have
