JOB SUMMARY
The Communications Analyst assists the Communications Specialists with their tasks within GCP and Global AEE. These tasks include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Proactively work with specialist to ensure plans are completed and objectives are met.
• Plan, create and distribute relevant content for GCP and AEE communications (e.g. mails, newsletters, KX posts and other communications).
• Establish and maintain network of stakeholder, expert and team contacts throughout GCP, AEE and Accenture at large.
• Drive the planning, development and roll out of local & global initiatives
• Administer and encourage use of Accenture KX sites, particularly the GCP Community site.
• Provide timely communications advice & support to groups and individuals on request (e.g. managers, HR, PAN, societies & groups etc.).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Update and operate AEE Information Screens
• Work with Operations Support for the Enterprise (OSE) on Communications (desktop posting, newsletter, etc.)
• Assist in developing and distributing newsletters and other ad hoc communications
• Assist in maintaining and developing the GCP and AEE websites and KX sites
• Maintain and update the GCP client visit tracker
• Assist with client visits to GCP
• Organise events where needed (e.g. Community Events, Business Updates etc.)
• Assist specialist with training administration if needed and with any other task required to support the team in this role.
• Help drive the Vision, Communications & Strategy work stream meetings and ensure actions are completed
