Job Summary Section

Job Title: India Business-IG CMT
Position Level: Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• A minimum of 8 - 12 years of progressive business and consulting experience in CMT landscape
• Should be an Industry/business oriented person from the CMT industry
• Key experience should be in Business Development in the CMT industry OR Client Relationship Management in this industry as well as Consulting firms in the domestic markets” on leading operations practices/industry insights that can be leveraged in C-suite stakeholders
• Consulting experience in Media/Telecom/EHT domain – focused on sales
o India client experience preferred
o Results driven
o Ability to manage multiple stakeholders – at clients and internal within Accenture
o Consulting experience in digital/video domain – focused on sales


Knowledge and skill requirements
• The individual will be responsible for developing Accenture’s practice within the CMT space.
• While the role envisages both business development and service delivery responsibilities the focus would be more on Client Management, Increasing Sales Pipeline and managing P&L for their respective account/portfolio
• The candidate should have excellent customer facing capabilities, and an established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements
• The individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the “C – Suite” executives

- Tier I MBA with an excellent academic background - 8-12 years of experience. Domestic consulting experience is preferred Professional Development Skills - Good communication skills - A minimum of 8+ years of progressive business and consulting experience in CMT landscape - Should be an Industry/business oriented person from the CMT industry - Key experience should be in Business Development in the CMT industry OR Client Relationship Management in this industry as well as Technology firms in the domestic market - Should have an understanding and experience of technology especially hardware/software that shall be relevant for CMT clients.
