  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : The Contact Center Developer SME will be responsible for deploying Omni-channel cloud contact centre solutions to customer operations This role will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver a robust, scalable and secured solution Act as a technology SME to address the queries of the business requirements Deliver projects in forecasted timelines and budget Engage with customer business users to understand the business requirements and Build HLD / LLD documents

    • Technical Experience : Deployment experience with Cloud solutions - Amazon Connect, Genesys Purecloud Nice inContact etc Experience in building contact flows, IVR flows, skill configurations, report building, Queue management and other contact center specific functions integration experience with contact center add-on solutions like Nice, Verint, Calabrio etc, Strong integration experience with Webservice APIs, Webhooks, etc, Exposure to AI/NLP engines-Google CCAI, Amazon Lex/Polly, Microsoft LUIS and RASA

    • Professional Attributes : learn new business processes and software applications quickly Interface with customers and suppliers via strong written / verbal communications skills Manage in a matrix organizational structure working with multiple internal clients Adapt to varied corporate cultures and organizational structure

    • Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree, Certifications-AWSConnect,Genesys Cloud,Nice CXone-Admin and Development skills

    • Additional Information : Travel requirement - 25 percent WFH flexible - subject to policies and guidelines
