  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : -Coordinate work across multiple groups and lead a virtual team, when needed -Assess Major Incidents -Provide initiation of technical and stakeholder bridges -Coordinate recovery actions and plans for Major Incidents -Own and Manage Major Incidents to resolution when engaged -Execute escalations by using the escalation matrix of Accenture Client management -Participate in Post Incident Review-PIR -Be accountable for event recovery -Execute notifications as defined in Major Incident Management

    • Technical Experience : -Good understanding of IT systems both Infrastructure and Applications -Basic technical understanding of Servers, Applications, triaging, Network -Basic understanding of MS Suites -Should have experience on Trend Analysis and identifying improvement and automation opportunities -Advanced Excel knowledge including VB Macros ITIL

    • Professional Attributes : -An ability to learn and adapt new processes quickly -Good time management skills -An ability to follow processes -Strong documentation skills -Good communication skills both written and verbal -Should be flexible for 24X7

    • Educational Qualification : -Minimum Graduate degree on BTech, BE, BCA, BSc computers or BSc IT

    • Additional Information : -Basic knowledge of Ticketing Tools -Understanding of Workflows and Operational readiness
