- Job description

Main Accountabilities;
Ensure high quality delivery of Catalogue Management services in accordance with the Statement of Work. Specifically this includes overseeing the setup and maintenance of catalogues (item details, pricing etc) using the catalogue system and ensuring correct processes are following for adding vendors to the system. ;
Catalogue Management;
Catalogue Uploads and Updates Work closely with the Customer Service Desk (CSD) Team to manage and close out Catalogue service requests and queries, as received through the Customer Service Desk. Lead and support the team in obtaining approvals for Catalogue updates from Clients and Client-Facing Colleagues where appropriate.;
SLA Delivery Ensure the delivery and of the Service Level Agreement relating to Catalogue Updates.;
Catalogue-related Projects Lead and deliver Catalogue-related projects, for example to setup complex catalogues (multi-region or using vendor-maintained “punchout” catalogues).;
Management Reporting Ensure the high quality delivery of both regular and ad hoc management reporting for the Vendor and Catalogue Management services. In particular this includes reporting for SLA.;
Strong analytical and data management skills, ideally proven in a Sourcing and Procurement Operations context.;
Strong process management and improvement skills. Ideally formally trained and experienced in Six Sigma / Lean process management methodology. ;
Strong understanding of latest Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Knowledge of Access and Project would be an advantage. .
