- Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
- Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : Strong planning and organizational skills underpinned by 6 years experience in IT Infrastructure / Applications projects Exposure on consulting and business development Knowledge and experience of project management and ability to manage a team Commercially aware in terms of contractual aspects and value added propositions Knowledge and experience as an active contributor in transforming and implementing service integration or management in complex, large user population environments
- Technical Experience : Remain responsible for end to end Performance Management and KPI/Service Levels reporting involving multiple Service Providers to achieve agreed targets Drive the ITSM processes across the SIAM set-up and ensure that the quality of service is maintained in an integrated environment Act as a conduit between different Service Providers in a SIAM engagement and manage communication across different parties Help triage a critical incident and provide all the necessary support to the Incident Mg
- Professional Attributes : Support and supervise implementation of critical changes and releases Adhere to the agreed Policies, standards and procedured Handle small teams with minimal support Contribute towards creation of Knowledge Articles and driving refresher trainings support consistent learning and development
- Educational Qualification : Graduate and above
- Additional Information : Functional experience in a Managed Services environment, Exposure on ITSM Tools Remedy, Service Now
