- Key Responsibilities : A Manage SAP Support Project for PP Module and as Team Lead for PP / PM / QM B Manage PM and QM Module also for the support Project C Work with team for smooth delivery of deliverables D Manage a small team of 5 6 Resources E Manage Support Tickets and Change Requests F Manage Minor and Major Projects G Manage the SLA H Propose Improvement on the existing processes Should be comfortable to handle team size 5-10 members b - Should be a subject matter expert supporting the team in handling comp
- Technical Experience : At least 5-6 years of SAP experience as PP/QM Consultant - At least 2 end to end implementation experience with minimum one on S/4 HANA - 2 years of relevant domain experience - Exposure to Mining Industry Should have minimum 8 years of experience Should have extremely good understanding of SAP SD Should have good knowledge of Interfaces, EDI, IDOC, ALE Should have worked as L2/L3 in support projects Should have In-depth knowledge of SAP OTC Order-to-Cash and good working knowle
- Professional Attributes : a- Should be an excellent team player with proven skills in collaboration with large and global cross-functional teams b-Should be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, team environment and manage changes to scope or requirements effectively c-Should have excellent written and verbal communication
- Educational Qualification : Bachelor/Masters Degree in Computers Science
