- Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
- Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

- Good To Have Skills :Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : 1Testing all aspects of the system like function, component, system, performance, regression and service 2 Work with Business Analysts, Development teams and Business to identify and capture test scenarios, test cases, ensure version management 3 Setting up of test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases 4 Detect bug issues, log defects in the tool and ensure the resolution 5 Prepare defect reports and report test progress
- Technical Experience : 1 Understanding of Power Automate and Win Automate Soft motive 2 Worked on Azure DevOps 3 Conducting frequent calls with Business SD and Governance and Development team and Stake Holders regarding the project status 4 3 years of testing experience with RPA software 5 Excellent knowledge in testing skills design test plan and test strategy, writing test cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs 6 DevOps experience is desired
- Professional Attributes : 1 Lead a team of 3-6 people providing 16X5 support
