- Project Role :Application Support Engineer
- Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : a: Collaborate with product design and engineering to develop an understanding of needs b: Acquiring data from primary/secondary data sources and maintaining databases c: Proficiency with data mining, mathematics and statistical analysis d: Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality e: Research and devise innovative methods for data analysis
- Technical Experience : a: Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques b: Good knowledge in writing and understanding complex SQL queries c: Experience with SQL and programming/ scripting languages like python, R etc d: Experience in developing data analytics and data propagation pipeline with Python e: Knowledge of cloud architecture
- Professional Attributes : a: Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels across Business users and technology teams b: Self-starter/highly motivated person who is prepared to use their own initiative to understand and follow up issues c: Takes ownership of problems through resolution
