- Key Responsibilities : 1 Collects non-functional requirements and convert them into performance test plans 2 Create and execute performance test strategy 3 Develops data driven performance test scripts to help validate performance of applications/ products based on the requirements 4 Proficient with HP Load Runner/Microsoft VSTS/JMeter and another similar performance test tools to design and execute performance tests against Applications with a multi-tier architecture 5 Analyze the data gathered from performance test
- Technical Experience : 1 3 years of experience working on performance testing and engineering of large scale web applications 2 3 years of experience on any performance testing tool JMeter, Blaze Meter , HP LoadRunner, VSTS, etc 3 Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools 4 Experience with diagnostics tools to identify root cause like App Dynamics, Dynatrace, DPA, HP diagnostics, Splunk 5 Experience in working with Windows environments 6 Understanding of SDLC is required
- Professional Attributes : 1 Work under the guidance of team lead or others to analyze, modify and implement various common business needs 2 Strive for quality of performance, usability, reliability, maintainability and extensibility
- Educational Qualification : Graduation
