- Key Responsibilities : a:Communicate with Business to understand the business requirements and create technical design for RICEW components b:Assist team to understand the requirements and support them on Development c:Develop, review and perform unit testing for RICEW components d:Responsible for migration of RICEW components to UAT and Prod instances e:Assist in troubleshooting issues and perform bug fixes f:Able to communicate effectively with onshore and business teams
- Technical Experience : a:6-8 years of experience in Oracle Apps Technical projects b:Worked on Oracle HCM Modules Core HR, Benefits, OTL, Payroll, Compensation, OIC - majorly on OTL and Payroll c:Good knowledge on Functional concepts and hands on experience of designing/modifying Fast Formulas, Elements, Sick Plans d:Worked on at least one implementation project e:Hands on experience of designing Interfaces, Reports, Workflow and WebADI Extensions f:Good knowledge of Oracle Apps R12 Architecture, Standards and Table
- Professional Attributes : a: Resource should be able to work independently b: Resource should have good communication skills
- Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree and/or relevant experience required with minimum 15 years of full time
