- Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
- Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

- Key Responsibilities : a: Work as SME of Network build, test and deployment activities b: Contribution to Develop HLD LLDs for Enterprise networks factoring in Customer requirements c: To Develop equipment configurations and design documentation d: Assist with network testing proof of concept or network validation
- Technical Experience : a: Experienced on Network Convergence Transformation projects involving integration of Voice, Video and Unified Messaging Services with the Core Data Network b: Experience on SDWAN Technology Viptela Velo Cloud c: Deployment experience on SD WAN setup physical and virtual on sites and integration with Azure, AWS d: Ability to configure and discuss Routing and Switching technologies, MPLS , Network Security, Data Center network
- Professional Attributes : a: Good communication skills b: Technical Competency
- Educational Qualification : BE, BTech, MTech
- Additional Information : a: Technology Certifications Routing and switching CCNA, CCNP/CCIE
