Project Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

- Key Responsibilities : 1 Manage multiple client accounts and maintain effective communication with stakeholders 2 Identify important data insights and generate reports using business intelligence software 3 Coordinate with management in utilizing the asset management tools to analyze, review and track asset data 4 Develop asset control processes to monitor accountability identification, maintenance, location and contracts 5 Manage asset reconciliation and asset disposal agreements
- Technical Experience : 1 Assist in inventory management, procurement and shipment activities 2 Oversee contract negotiation, contract renewals and vendor management activities 3 Ensure audit compliance for the IT assets 4 Guide IT asset associate in the daily administration of the asset management activities
- Professional Attributes : 1 - Good technical skills and a strong basis in current technology 2 - Good Communication Skill both written and verbal 3 - Should be a Tech-Savviness 4 - Flexible to work in all shift and under pressure situations 5 - Good Analytical skill
- Educational Qualification : Diploma / BE in computer technology Should be completed 15 years full time education
