Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

- Key Responsibilities : Excellent knowledge of SCCM L4 level: OSD/Task Sequences/Driver packages etc Excellent knowledge of MDT: OSD/Task Sequences/Driver packages etc Deployment knowledge of Windows 10: In-place upgrade, OS refresh and Replace Working knowledge of Windows 7/81/10 OS Troubleshooting knowledge of applications
- Technical Experience : Proficient in designing and deploying Windows desktop operating systems to include customizing, application packaging, troubleshooting, Bitlocker management, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 migration concepts and solutions Experienced using Configuration Manager 2012 SCCM / Microsoft Deployment Toolkit MDT to develop custom operating system images, patching solutions, troubleshooting and maintenance plans, Application Virtualization App-V and VDI Knowledgeable building, maintain
- Professional Attributes : Excellent written and oral communication skills and worked in client facing role
- Educational Qualification : BE/BS in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical or other branches of engineering, Science graduat
- Additional Information : Intune, AzureAD
