  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1 Solving daily issues and improving processes using Tools utilities and using UNIX, SQL/PLSQL utilities 2 Managing a robust environment across and UNIX Production/ Validation/ Integration/ Preproduction /Testing infra Monitoring of batch, alerts, warnings, and errors and resolving common batch issues in a timely, consistent manner 3 Escalating abends and long running jobs to the respective team as per standard job documentation 4 Training new resources in the team

    • Technical Experience : 1 Knowledge of Scheduling, Administration and Troubleshooting 2 Knowledge of Distributive systems over Control-M Expertise in installing Agents, servers and Enterprise manager 3 Knowledge of Upgrading the Control-M/any WLA components 4 Experience with Control-Modules like SAP, AFT 5 Extensive experience in Installation of Control-M Agents/Control Modules

    • Professional Attributes : 1 Take part in 24x7 Shift Rotations including Morning, Evening and Night Shifts 2 Work out of hours evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays at reasonable request to perform production changes 3 Travel to other locations when required 4 Be flexible in the work and platforms to work

    • Educational Qualification : As per Accenture Norms

    • Additional Information : Minimum 2 years of Experience must in production environment
