  • Project Role :Cloud Operations Administrator
  • Project Role Description :Work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments.
  • Management Level :12
  • Work Experience :1-2.5 years
  • Work location :Hyderabad
  • Must Have Skills :IBM z/OS
  • Good To Have Skills :Infrastructure Service Management
  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1 Install/migrate/maintain OS and ISV products 2 Support system maintenance 3 Analyze, report performance issues Upgrade capacity 4 Manage user access with RACF or similar tool 5 z/OS Unix administration 6 SMF, WLM, catalog, IODF management

    • Technical Experience : 1 Knowledge of z/OS functions, high level knowledge of architecture and hardware 2 Thorough knowledge of all tools and technologies used in Mainframe Storage 3 Thorough knowledge of using JCL, IBM ISV Utilities used for Storage management 4 Knowledge of SMP/E and software installation 5 Overall knowledge of other support areas like Database, Middleware, Communication and Network

    • Professional Attributes : 1 Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment 2 Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 3 Should be able to initial level of trouble shootings 4 Flexible to work in 247 environment

    • Educational Qualification : As per Accenture Standard

    • Additional Information : Good to have relevant certification
