  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : a: Expert on Messaging platform including Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Sharepoint, Skype for Business, Enterprise Vault Suite etc b: In depth understanding of the capabilities of MS Office 365 c: Responsible to manage large and distributed Active Directory environment d: Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory services including forest and domain design, policies, trusts, replication and topology e: Strong shell scripting PowerShell, SQL f: Working knowledge of MDM

    • Technical Experience : a: Should have 4 to 6 years in managing large Exchange and Active Directory environment b: Must needed Tools: Office 365, Exchange 2010/2016, Airwatch MDM, Cisco Ironport c: Desirable experience needed on Skype/Teams and Sharepoint Online d: Work with third-party vendors / professional services and in-house developers as necessary e: Well versed with security aspects and maintain system security as per industry standards

    • Professional Attributes: a: End to end incident, problem management with RCA b: Be On-Call for critical issues c: Review and recommend improvements within existing technical environment d: Strong ITIL Process knowledge e: Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

    • Educational Qualification: a: Higher Level Qualification in a technical subject is desirable b: Any Microsoft Certification

    • Additional Information: a: Strong written and Oral communication skills b: Should be open to work in shifts
