- Key Responsibilities : a Worked on SuccessFactors or similar HCM technology implementation projects, performing a variety of roles, through the full project life-cycle b Candidate must have atleast two or more Employee Central End to end implementation or Support Project experience c Good knowledge of system configuration in accordance with Solution Design Configuration workbook, giving Proof of Concepts
- Technical Experience : a 11 plus years of experience Must have worked Instance sync, Release management, Position Management, Global Assignments, Reporting, excellent knowledge of XML Pre-sales experience of responding to proposals, giving estimates b Must be able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a high visibility environment while identifying and scoping new opportunities c Must provide functional knowledge manage client relationships within context of individual role
- Professional Attributes : a Must have good team handling skills b Attention to detail and strong interpersonal, communication and training skills required, as is the ability to work effectively
