  • Role :Cloud Operations Administrator
  • Role Description :Work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : Exchange Online Administration: Anti-Spam , message retention/recovery/archiving, Message Policy and Compliance -Microsoft DirSync and AD integration - PowerShell: task automation and basic scripts - SharePoint Administration: OneDrive Sync Troubleshooting: OneDrive For Business ODFB Best Practices - Mailbox Migration with Office 365 and troubleshooting Excellent communication skills Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision

    • Technical Experience : Candidate must have hands on experience on Exchange Online and OneDrive Candidate must have good troubleshooting skill like troubleshooting of any issues related MS Exchange OnPrem/Skype/O365/SharePoint Online Strong understanding of day-to-day functionality in Microsoft services like Skype,Teams Lync, Yammer, OneDrive, Exchange, Active Directory, DNS

    • Professional Attributes : -Liaise with User / Customer and ensure incident/issue resolved swiftly -Maintain Zero surprise escalation Adherence to Client policy and Accenture policy - Ensure all the incidents are dealt and resolved without any SLA breach -Ensure all the changes are completed appropriately without any impac

    • Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree and Previous experience in MS Exchange and Office 365 Exchange Online required

    • Additional Information : Willing to work in rotational shift in 24x7 which includes night shift Good troubleshooting skills
