- Key Responsibilities : RR - Citrix Farm Install/Decommission applications on Citrix Servers Publish /Troubleshoot / Uninstall Application on the Citrix Server Providing/Revoking Citrix Access to users/groups BAU - Citrix Farm Publish an application in Citrix across farms Disable/delete any published application in Citrix Farms Troubleshooting Citrix Issues Scheduled activities Handling Citrix server and Client Level Issues User Management and defining rights Tools - Citrix Farm Citrix Management Consoles
- Technical Experience : Managing Citrix Environment- Changes, Access Requests, Troubleshooting Issues Managing the Terminal Servers in the Environment Coordinate with Application Teams for any Requests/Issues/Changes in the application environment Coordinate with external vendors to install new applications or patched/hotfixes in existing applications Coordinate with offshore teams for any domain specific support requirements Coordinate with L3 for any requests/issues/changes and u
