- Key Responsibilities : Mandatory Hands on exp on Commvault backup technology Additional skills NetBackup / HP Basic understanding of VMware and Windows/Linux / Unix Operating Systems Exp on IntelliSnap Media Server, Master Server and Backup Troubleshooting Exp Backup software installation and upgradation Data Domain Exp or other Deduplicating backup appliance Tape handling and tape management exp Knowledge on Disaster Recovery Process Must have knowledge on Backup policies - Storage / Schedule / Subclient Policy
- Technical Experience : Mandatory Hands on exp on EMC/HP/Nimble HP 3PAR, NIMBLE, EMC VNX, VMAX, SRDF/RecoverPoint Appliances Good to have skills Netapp C-mode/7-mode Exp in fabric environment constituting Brocade and Cisco switches Understanding of Storage hardware and tools troubleshooting skills and identifying the severity of the issue Knowledge of Backup, Restore Archive process Understanding of EMC, HP Dell Hardware Understanding of Replication methodologies Experience on AWS technology for intermediate level
- Professional Attributes : An ability to learn new technologies quickly Good time management skills An ability to follow processes Strong documentation skills Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Educational Qualification : Minimum Graduate on BTech, BE, BCA, BSc computers or BSc IT Masters on computers and IT preferred
- Additional Information : Exp on Azure technology for intermediate level Exp on ITSM, SNOW, NAGIOS, Solarwinds and Cacti
