- Key Responsibilities : 1 To work independently on HR ABAP objects: Involvement in estimation and requirement gathering to manage design, development and implementation of ABAP HR objects 2 Provide high quality customer support throughout the project for incidents, change requests, problem tickets
- Technical Experience : 1 Must have worked on HR ABAPunder core modules of SAP HCM: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll and Time Management, Object Oriented ProgrammingReports using LDBs, ALV, Queries, Module Pools or Dialog programmingInfotype framework, ABAP Dictionary Objects, interfacesIDOC, LSMW, EnhancementBAPI, BADI, User Exits, FormsSmart Forms, Sap Scripts, HR Forms, Adobe, FPM 2 Good to have: Exposure on HCM Process and Forms using FPM, WebDynpro, Workflows, Fiori using Odata Service
- Professional Attributes : 1 Experience in the software development life cycle which includes the stages of application development, design analysis, evaluation of customer needs, functional requirements, technical requirements and testing
