  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

    • Key Responsibilities : Assist in Design, build and deployment of Skype for business Server/Lync Should have knowledge about Monitoring Skype for business/ Lync 2013 environment Diagnosis and resolve of incidents, problems and change implementation independently Maintenance and development of Lync Server/ Skype for Business/ Exchange/Office 365 platforms Management of server and application environment, system performance, service capacity and quality Deployment and migration of Lync Server/ Skype for Business Se

    • Technical Experience : Strong experience on implemenation and support of Skype for Business /Lync setups including Enterprise voice Good experience on Office365, network architecture, Cloud computing fundamentals Knowledge on PowerShell scripting and automation Good understanding of Active Directory, OU structures and Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, TS, IIS, Hyper-V

    • Professional Attributes : Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in IT industry Minimum 4 years of experience on implemenation and support of Skype/Lync infrastructure

    • Educational Qualification : As per Accenture standard
