- Key Responsibilities : Operational knowledge of key technologies, such as Unix OS, NetBackup, SAN/NAS storage Work during weekend and night-times, participating in a 24x7 shift roster Team You will be a member of 24X7 Operational support group supporting Global Unix environment within the bank ensuring the quality, stability of the Unix/Linux environment and supporting business managers in planning IT project requirements
- Technical Experience : o Understanding of Tape Backup and disk backup, Tape libraries, inventory NetApp snapshot restore - Basics of NAS storage Filer, Volume, qtree NFS, NTFS, CIFS o Snapshot restores of NFSUnix and CIFS Wintel qtree data o emergency space addition to NAS qtree/volume and snapshot deletion, NASNetApp hardware alerts Exchange Mailbox restores
- Professional Attributes : Independent problem-solving skills and effective time management Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and completely Commvault Backup and Restore - Proficient Knowledge of CommServe, Media Agent and client server concepts o Hands on Experience of Commvault Backup Restore jobs and tro
- Educational Qualification : University degree with 3 years experience in supporting UNIX based distributed computing environmen
