Job Requirements : 1 Total IT 6 years of experience 2 Minimum 2 years of experience with Service-Now 3 Worked on service now development with knowledge on server side / client side scripting and workflows 4 Worked on Service Now applications scoped and global applications 5 Worked with 3rd party integrations 6 Worked on Incident management, problem management, change management and knowledge management 7 Troubleshooting Service Now performance issues 8 Service Now administration certified 9 ITIL foundation certified
