Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Job Requirements : Role- SW/Application Tech Support Assoc Mgr Level - 8 Skill- Network Monitoring SDH/IP/DATA/RF Must Have Skills- 1 CCNA/CCNP/ITIL 2 Strong operations and people management skills 3 Strong Analytical Skillset 4 Excellent command over English language verbal written both 5 Proficiency in Excel 6 Team Handling experience of at least 4 years JD- 1 Manage and drive the SLAs - facilitate operations through active collaboration with client and other resolver groups, while streamlining resources and skill-sets within Accenture teams 2 Handling Management Level Escalations pertaining to day to day operations 3 Work on process improvement on the floor, act as a bridge between the quality team and implement the suggested improvements on the gaps identified by the QA team 4 Monitor adherence to processes, regulations and compliance 5 Conduct meetings with Factory and third parties to ensure the SLA compliance and highlight the support required from the respective teams 6 Own the Service Impr
