Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Job Requirements : o Skill: Windows Server 2003/2008, Active Directory o Minimum Skill Requirement Must Have: 1 At least 5 years of experience in managing Active Directory 2 Very good knowledge on managing ADFS 3 Good knowledge on PKI 4 Good knowledge of Dell Security Tools Change Auditor, TPAM, Recovery Manager, Defender, Authentication Services 5 Good knowledge of Windows Server operating system including client/server application interaction, storage configurations and basic backup and restore techniques 6 Experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008 including IIS 7 Working knowledge of network technologies like TCPIP, DNS, LAN and WAN 8 Good knowledge of Active Directory like basic architectures, domain controller management, object stores and Global Catalogs 9 Very good analytical troubleshooting skills 10 Experienced in supporting the group to ensure Identity and Access Management IAM related services are delivered to meet customer business needs and expectations 11
