Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Job Requirements : 1 Will be trained on Software Asset tool to pull up automated reports
2 Update license details as provided by supervisor and manage compliance reports
3 Participate in Stakeholders call and provide value add inputs
4 Pull out reports periodically and provide inputs to the leads
5 Will be involved in analytical activity in terms of matching license to usage
6 Will be part of Transformation, IMAC calls and seek information based on requirement
7 Will be involved in data compilation to present to stakeholders
