You’ll create custom-designed solutions or integrate our technology platforms with their operations. Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Must have Skills : Microsoft Office365, Microsoft Exchange Job Requirements : Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office Communication Server 2007, Live meeting server 2005 Good knowledge on Enterprise pool connectivity and federation and edge topology Good knowledge on SQL server 2005 and database administration and troubleshooting Good knowledge in Unified Communication interfaces with Microsoft Exchange and Enterprise Voice systems Good knowledge about Microsoft Server Operation Systems like Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 Ability to install upgrades and patched including 3rd party tools Candidate should be able to support Tier 3 issues and troubleshoot IM Presence Application Systems and related 3rd party tools Education Requirement: Computer or engineering - related degree or equivalent experience
