Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Job Requirements : 1 Total IT 35 years of experience 2 Minimum 2 years of experience with Service-Now 3 Service now concepts 4 Worked on service now development with knowledge on glide scripting and workflows 5 Debugging server side and client side scripts 6 Worked on notifications, scheduled jobs and SLAs 7 Knowledge on ITIL processes 8 Trained or certified on Service Now administration
