You’ll create custom-designed solutions or integrate our technology platforms with their operations. Role Description : Analyze client requirements and optimize Cloud services architecture for performance and cost. Develop and own the technical roadmap for relevant service lines and backlog to ensure consistent architecture. Deliver an optimized infrastructure services design leveraging public, private, and hybrid Cloud architectures and services. Act as subject matter expert for the client as related to technical architecture aspects of infrastructure services. Must have Skills : Cloud Infrastructure Good to Have Skills : Nutanix Operations Job Requirements : Primary Duties: 9 10 years of IT experience Hands-on experience on Azure services Azure ASR Certifications are a plus Hands-on experience in Nutanix environment Data Center Orchestration, Developing Azure Resource Manager templates Designing, implementing, and maintaining automation orchestration flows Troubleshoot to resolves incidents related to flows and operations in DCO Customize and extend Data Center Automation products based on business requirements Develop JSON, PowerShell, Python scripts, Shell scripts, PERL scripts, Visual Basic scripts, and batch files for automation of system and application administration Initiate and maintain service desk tickets to include receiving or identifying incident/problem, track process, find resolution, make necessary correction to the incident/problem area, and close ticket Support the ITIL model for best practices of IT processes Follow established polices and processes; improve process documentation in areas of responsibiliies.
