Role :Technology Solution Planning Lead
Role Description :Critical client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a technology solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. Drives the sign off on the technology solution and acts as an interface with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs. Acts as a key member of the sales team to represent the technology solution offering to the client/internal groups.

Job Requirements : 1: Responsibilities a: Should have Ability to listen to a client and arrive at a Problem Definition/Business Case b: Should have Proven experience in deal process presales, solution and contract process c: will be the POC for Escalation Management d: Should be Front ending and qualifying new opportunities Be on the constant lookout for Up Selling/Cross Selling other offerings e: Well versed with the industry dynamics and knowledgeable about emerging trends 2: Professional Experience a: Should have proven experience in solutioning SFDC deals, should have solutioned deals of all complexities b: Need solid Industry Domain Knowledge in at least one vertical c: Should be comfortable with estimation, and be hands on to be able to revalidate solutions if required d: Should be effective in Client Management e: Need strong understanding of key client stakeholders/organization and the Power Map Equations f: Should have ability to quickly get plugged into the Account team
