Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Must have Skills : Application Maintenance Good to Have Skills : No Technology Specialty Job Requirements : Role: RPA Support Developer Level 11-SE Skill: - Automation Tool Support Minimum skill requirement: Must Have: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelors degree in computer science, or related field preferred 2 - 3 Years of experience in Application Support Any Automation Tools Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UI Path etc Minimum of 6 month to 1 year of programming experience Good and Hands-on in core NET concepts and OOPs Programming Understands OO concepts and consistently applies them in client engagements Basic understanding of SQL server scripting Provides day-to-day operational support for Automation Product Issues Includes the Automation performance troubleshooting, access issues, profile issues and general troubleshooting/problem solving Develops and maintains operating processes and procedures Coordinates and monitors troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems; documents system events to ensure continuo
