Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Must have Skills : Infrastructure Service Incident Management Good to Have Skills : No Technology Specialty Job Requirements : Robo Controller: The Robotics Process Automation Robotics controller is responsible to manage the day to day operations of implemented robots RPA software to meet business operations schedule and ensure required automation results Duties/Accountabilities: Responsibilities include but may not be restricted to Monitoring the automations from different automation tools BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, UIPath Scheduling the automations as per business operations requirement adjusting the schedule of automations execution Responding to operations requirement with adhoc automation execution or managing volume changes Basic user credential management Provide testing support for minor changes before being released to production Assist service management function in reporting service status and managing client report metrics Key Skills: Good understanding of business processes and operations concepts 1-3 years of experience in incident management process Experience of working in differ
15 years of full time education
