Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Must have Skills : ServiceNow ,Required adequate technical architecture implementation experience on ServiceNow and Scripting knowledge Build design Deployment Scenarios specific to the product Migration of codes to Prod environment Document Setup Deployment Kits Define Deployment checklist for various Tools Enablement , Training KT to the end user HR Case management development experience Good Communication skill, Good people management skill and client handling skill with good delivery experience
