SFDC Configuration Basic and Advanced Experience on Review, Estimations, Solutioning, Change Management Can provide solution on given business scenario and represent to all stakeholders Can understand and articulate technical architecture Integration experience on Third Party, External tools with salesforce Bi-directional Aware of environment management in SFDC Experience on Project Management across SDLC phases Aware or worked on Communities, Sites Implementation Methodologies Agile, Waterfall Experience on Project Management across SDLC phases Client Interactions/Handling Skills Good communication Skills Any SFDC Certification Team Handling Experience PD1/PD2 Certification SalesCoud or ServiceCloud certification Veeva or Knowledge and Usage of any App Exchange tool
