Experience:



Mass Media Communication (Desirable)



Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel



Excellent bi-lingual verbal and written communication skills



Strong analytical and problem-solving skills







Purpose of the Job:



Review Policy Violation.



Provide market level insights.



Identify need for policy change.







Responsibilities/Authorities



Support the standard transactional activities for our customers while delivering superior customer service.



Accurately & effectively provide process and transaction support in accordance to defined procedures to customers & team members professionally and in a timely manner



Provide excellent customer service



Independently resolve basic customer related inquiries and issues



Effectively escalate complex issues as appropriate



Assist on special team projects as needed







Functional Competencies:



Fluent in English



Skilled In MS Office



Clear/ Neutral Accent







Working Conditions:



Work will be performed at Client Location



Ready to work in any shift







Bachelor’s degree (Essential)
