Job Summary:
The Engagement Lead will work with creative teams including marketing, print, brand and digital teams to understand demand that is, or could be supported by our service. This role is responsible for running a team that operates like a smaller internal agency for our client, consisting of designers, copywriters, and a project management team. The Engagement Lead acts as a point of contact for client management team, current and potential service customers in region, including providing guidance for major launches, innovative programs and overall issue escalation. He/she also works with the project management team to develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management and proactively monitors, manages and reports on execution of deliverables. The Engagement Lead will be the face of the team to the client and should be well-versed in adapting to the client culture and helping develop the relationship between our team and the client. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides day-to-day oversight, approvals, and prioritization over project management workload
  • Provide guidance for major launches, innovative programs
  • Monitor project status
  • Oversee management of project workflow
  • Accountable for project manager adherence to financial management, forecasting and invoicing processes
  • Ensure proper escalations of project risk, delivery issues and resolve escalated issues
  • Partner with creative lead to provide creative recommendations and solutions at time of asset handoff
  • Provide support for implementing new capabilities and enhancements into client’s creative practice
    • Provide support to help drive adoption of services
    • Overall program planning and status tracking
    • Manages expectations and changes to plan
    • Establishes Program Communication Plan and Message Track
    • Schedule, manage agenda, and conduct meetings (Kick-off, Status Update, ad hoc)
    • Provide regular demand updates to markets

YOUR ROLE: Digital Account Manager/Engagement Lead

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 8 years Creative Services, Project Management, or Account Management experience
  • Minimum of 8 years client-facing experience in consulting firm, creative/digital agency, or similar company.
  • Minimum of 8 years in a supervisory role
Professional Qualifications:
  • High level of professionalism, reliability and attention to detail
  • Experience with onshore/offshore delivery models
  • Excellent knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of Project Management
  • Issue resolution skills are essential
  • Seeking for improving their skills
  • Proactive thinking and behavior
  • Ability to adapt to client culture, and be flexible to changes
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
