Sonali has spent her entire career in the Financial Services (FS) industry across consulting and industry. She has helped Financial Services firms set up, grow and transform their organizations and become market leaders.
At Accenture, Sonali leads the Financial Services business in India, with expertise in driving digital transformation and change projects to deliver business value and market impact for her clients. She has extensive experience of working with the C suite to help them shape their organization’s transformation journeys. Sonali has led numerous large-scale projects, including digital strategy design, designing digital experiences and customer journeys, new digital bank set-up, and enterprise wide data and digital transformation.
Beyond FS, Sonali is passionate about developing women leaders, and leads Accenture Inclusion and Diversity agenda in for Financial Services India.
Prior to Accenture, Sonali has worked within the Financial Services industry across Business Strategy, Finance & Treasury functions and in her last role was at a leading Consulting firm driving transformation and growth agenda for Financial Services clients. She is a CPA and has done her Master of Management Studies in Finance and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai, India.
