Our series of Vaahini events, leadership podcasts, blogs and video interviews with female visionaries and leaders are designed to uplift and inspire. We’re empowering women with learnings and industry knowledge so they can be more creative, dream bigger, accelerate their careers and above all, be themselves.

Why Vaahini? Because gender equality is a top priority for Accenture. And through this platform, we’re building on our progress toward achieving a gender-balanced workforce by 2025. Today, women represent 49 percent of our workforce and 29 percent of our managing directors.
