We helped the Indonesia Port Corporation (IPC) to get its operations shipshape with a comprehensive digital port strategy and roadmap. In developing a dynamic proof of concept featuring a new mobile app and integrated operational dashboard for IPC, we showcased how IPC can coordinate and track the movement of equipment and services in real time, to improve the customer experience, and to envision new services and revenue streams.
