Rachel Phillips is a Managing Director at Accenture, and leads our Management Consulting business for our Global Public Safety practice. She has dedicated the majority of her career to working in the Policing, Justice, Borders and Immigration industries - helping clients improve operational performance as well as connecting clients from around the world to share expertise and learning. Rachel works with clients to drive business transformation projects and programmes, leveraging Accenture’s vast supply of skilled resources from across different areas of the business, such as Digital, Operations, Technology and Strategy, and leading joint client-Accenture teams. Over the past 12 years Rachel worked with organisations around the world, including: West Midlands Police Service, Metropolitan Police Service, Abu Dhabi Ministry of Interior, Toronto Police Service, Singapore Police Force, An Garda Siochana (Ireland), UK Borders Agency, UK Serious and Organised Crime Unit and the Kenya Ministry of Information.

Danny has more than 18 years of experience working in senior roles in the technology and public service sectors.
