ACCENTURE'S RETURNERS PROGRAMME

Accenture alumni returners programme

WHAT IS
ReSUME

The ReSUME Returners Programme is a 4-month, competitively-paid work placement to empower professionals, who have taken a career break of two years or more. Applications for the 2020 programme closed on 14th October 2019. Please follow our Facebook page for updates on the next programme.

Many highly-skilled, experienced, professional women and men have taken career breaks because of family duties, to travel/volunteer, or other reasons. In many cases, there comes a time when they want to return to the workforce – but there can be challenges. The ReSUME Programme is designed to:

  • Build confidence
  • Refresh participants’ skills
  • Get up-to-speed on anything new
  • Eliminate any worries about changes in the workplace, e.g. new tools and technology
  • Dispel any perceived obstacles

Accenture Ireland’s Returners Programme is designed to coach and support participants to refresh their existing talents, learn new skills and strengthen their confidence. ReSUME has proved that supported returners can get back up to speed very quickly and deliver excellent results.

The ideal ReSUME candidate:

  • Has recently taken a career break of two years or more
  • Is passionate about business and/or technology
  • Is motivated by the prospect of progressing their career with a permanent role at Accenture, at the end of the programme

Applications to the 2021 programme are expected to open in August 2020.
