  • Location: Onsite (Dublin 4) 
  • Contract Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week 
  • Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts across 7 days (including weekends and public holidays)

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

Scheduling work-force based on laid down guidelines using  Work-force Management tool. Managing the work-force on real time basis based on prescribed guidelines using work-force Management tool ,Cisco & Client Application

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains overall accuracy of Roster Data in the tool
  • Process request for activation and deactivation of access in the SRT tool
  • Process roll in and roll off requests of operations in the HB App
  • Sends reports related to head count
  • Conducts regular audit, validation and governance to ensure timely submission of requests by operations
  • Conduct calibration with PMO team

KEY QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Analytical interpretation of data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledgeable in any WFM Software e.g. EWFM, BluePumpkin, IEX
  • Must be able to work with all levels of the organization in capturing, managing and communicating metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Workforce Management experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree holder

  • YOE 3 to 5 years.
  • Lang English C1

Language(s) Required: English: As part of the interview process, you will be required to complete an English language test and a language test in the relevant language for this role. You will be advised of the level you are required to achieve to successfully carry out the role.
