Accenture has an exciting opportunity for a people-oriented Senior Sales Manager to guide, mentor, develop and inspire an incredible team of multilingual Account management team, within Pinterest’s digital marketing environment.
In partnership with Pinterest, you will help identify ways to build and grow a fast emerging part of the business and boost sales. You'll lead a talented experienced senior team dedicated to growing new and existing sales through targeted sales strategies, GTM plans and account management, all within a fun, enriching work environment.
Key responsibilities include developing an industry leading solution sales program to enhance Pinterest’s operations, solving customer challenges proactively, and growing client revenue by delivering a top-tier sales experience for our app based clients. You will identify sales opportunities, streamline team workflows, and ensure customer and team satisfaction are top priorities.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional coaching and account management skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, a willingness to experiment, and a passion for helping both clients and team members succeed in a dynamic, collaborative setting
Responsibilities
- Lead through demonstration, this is a high profile client facing role and as such you will need a proven ability to engage with high profile app clients, and demonstrate high levels of digital marketing and sales acumen, while coaching your team to raise the bar.
- Lead a high performing team of Senior Account Managers focused on supporting and scaling Strategic clients that fall into the APP vertical.
- Autonomy to independently identify resources and effectively lead the team in resolving daily operational challenges, minimizing the need for frequent escalation to higher-level leadership.
- Manage KPIs, ensure deliverables are exceeded and revenue targets are achieved.
- Identify strategic areas of opportunity within the app business ecosystem to drive increased productivity and success.
- Key client stakeholder management with autonomy and experience .
- Develop, coach and manage your team to ensure operational excellence.
- Identification of top talent and hiring in the interview process to build out and maintain the highest standards
- Day to day team management: Weekly 1:1’s, Performance management, people management, staff resourcing, coaching, and beyond, forecasting & reporting.
- Ensure that all client SLA targets are met, including aspects of: Meeting Client SLA’s, Performance Management, People Management, Transition Management, Other key roles (Recruitment, Quality Management, Policy communication etc.)
- Report directly to the function lead, with a primary focus on delivering business insights, context, and actionable strategies to close gaps.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in fostering strategic relationships and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes with both clients and internal stakeholders, on Strategic Accounts - Holding companies & Large Independents.
- Over 3 years experience working with APP’s in digital marketing
- +5 years as a Sales Manager/Team Lead or in a similar role, with a successful track record of building and managing strong teams.
- A strategic relationship builder with an ability to nurture & drive mutually beneficial outcomes with both clients & internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable in a client facing environment.
- Experience recruiting and hiring candidates for a high-performance agency account management sales team.
- CRM experience or comparable Salesforce automation tool.
