Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Therefore, any role supporting content moderation needs strong resilience and coping skills. Content moderators serve as an important line of defence by helping improve the quality and safety of online content while gaining hands-on job experience. You will deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society.

You will be responsible for analysing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, the user may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns..

You should have an interest in protecting and improving the user experience of consumer products and services as well as AI.

You should be willing to develop a critical understanding of the abuse and policy issues and be comfortable reviewing a large volume of content to help us keep our platform policy compliant.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Spanish, English proficiency. Additionally Norwegian preferable
  • 1+ years of customer service / partner management experience
  • Proven written and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Proven ability to work on a tight daily deadlines across multiple workflows
  • Office based role in Dublin 18, potential for flexible shifts across weekends and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of Excel and/or Google Workspace
  • Previous content review experience
  • Previous CRM software experience

As part of the interview process, you will be required to complete an English language test and a language test in the relevant language for this role. You will be advised of the level you are required to achieve to successfully carry out the role.
