Job Description

Creation of content and driving regular sales motions to support
advertisers media strategies and drive business growth.
Responsible for all external facing content one sheeters, AOS comms, pitch decks,
sequences templates, newsletters, etc. for the region, including content for regional
initiatives
Apply Governance Framework during creation, maintenance, translation and analysis of
all customer facing content Outreach sequences templates, one sheeters,
newsletters, etc.
Maintain existing Outreach content in pinch smbcontentlibrary by providing regular
audits of EMEA content
Drive regional adherence of content requests via Asana workflow
Responsible for managing the Outreach Content Committee and continuous
improvement of content deliverables
Documentation of best practices, A B test outcomes, content adoption
Utilise and test tools such as pinch Helix and Outreach Smart Email Assist to develop
best practices, efficiency and enhanced quality for scaled content creation and
execution
Refine framework and follow documentation for content creation, approval, review,
maintenance and deprecation
SMB ify central PINS central marketing content for ACCN team to utilise in pitches
comms to advertisers
Quarterly content planning, weekly review of content performances, monthly audit,
technical audits and more according to PgM MOS
Utilise Global SMB Content Asana for workflow management and communication to
requestors as outlined in pinch smbcontentguide
Implement content in the appropriate tool Pardot, Outreach, Google Drive, Highspot,
etc.
Content Training work with L D stakeholders in order to deliver training if applicable
around how to use the content and or how to follow up based upon the content, or
around Outreach adoption
Ensure content is aligned to Pinterest Brand guidelines

Qualifications

Native English speaker with excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
Broad experience and understanding of digital marketing processes, procedures, and regulations
Ability to forge successful relationships work collaboratively with key internal external stakeholders
Ability to be flexible, multi task, and prioritise a wide range of tasks objectives
Strong organisational skills and an ability to self direct
Ability to think creatively and laterally in order to solve problems
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
