SAP Programme Delivery Lead

Job Description
We have a growing SAP practice, and we require experienced individuals to join our fast-growing team. We operate across different industry sectors bringing SAP expertise to our client engagements, working closely with our strategy, industry and technology colleagues to deliver ERP ground-breaking programs.
To support us growing our team, we are looking for a SAP Programme Delivery Lead who, in partnership with the programme manager will be responsible for owning and driving the delivery of the solution to the overall programme timeframes.
Role responsibilities:
Has an overall view of all regions, workstreams etc.
Responsible for leading Accenture SAP team(s).
Ensuring PMO has the appropriate governance structure in place.
Ensuring all areas have appropriate and achievable plans in place with timelines can be met.
Ensures risks and issues are effectively mitigated and/or resolved.
Responsible for reporting and escalating issues to Business Stakeholders where Programme timeline/ Quality etc. may be impacted.
Attends steering committee, Change control board and any other governance meetings as required.
Stays up to speed with new SAP developments
Help build the Technology Practice in Dublin
Qualifications
Qualifications & experience:
10+ years in large-scale system delivery
Experienced Project / Programme manager, experienced in leading large team of combined onshore and/or offshore resources.
Experience in detailed project planning, monitoring and reporting, including metrics measuring earned value.
SAP Delivery experience in different industries and functions
Comfortable in working between the business and the technology functions for clients.
Experienced of working in the full Software Delivery Lifecycle including leading teams to:
Define business requirements for the systems delivery
Functional Design for all new customisations
Technical Design for new customisations
Configurations of SAP functionality
Build of new customisations
Defining Test Strategy, and running test cycles from initial integration test through to UAT
Defining Data Strategy, defining targets for each mock conversion and designing metrics to report on progress
Deployment for each release, including detailed cutover planning
Post Go-Live Support / Hypercare
Experience in Request for Proposal (RFP) responses for clients
Experience in project commercials, for both new proposals, and ongoing project commercial
